[edit]Some of the organizations that a professionally licensed environmental engineer might belong to include the AAEES (American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists),[2] or more generally the National Society of Professional Engineers or the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, whose purview extends to engineering in the United States overall.[1]
