Company History

eFORCE was founded in 1999, by Nat Natraj, with a mission of delivering enterprise eBusiness solutions. Since its inception, eFORCE has focused on the design, development, migration, modernization, maintenance and support of IT products and solutions in the areas of Enterprise portals, Digital Information Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Infrastructure.

eFORCE uses a standards based approach and they continue to grow primarily in two areas of business: the offering of custom-built IT solutions and services, and building business ready solutions and frameworks as a leading provider and systems integrator.

eFORCE has successfully delivered IT driven business solutions to over 300 companies. Customers of eFORCE include many Global 1000 companies, including Alcatel, AT&T, Bank of America, Hilton, Mazda, Baker Hughes, AARP, Best Western, and Visa.[1]

Treasury Sciences

In 2007, eFORCE created a custom web-based automated and integrated cash management system designed to handle the difficulty of tracking and controlling multi-billion dollar institutions, which handle hundreds of millions of dollars moving in and out daily. Treasury Sciences handles cash management (including daily positioning and defining liquidity), electronic funds transfer, including the XML-based issuance of payments, plus long-term forecasting, audit and fraud protection. Treasury Sciences has a strong focus on cash forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and what assets are in the bank. Treasury Sciences is the first purely web based application that handles cash management for large scale institutions.[2]

XPFLOW

XPFLOW is a web based hosted end to end product suite for digital asset management. XPFLOW allows stakeholders to securely collaborate important information anywhere there is an internet connection. XPFLOW also helps to track and manage contract initiation process, digital assets, royalties, and payments. All of the business processes in the product approval cycle are electronically documented and recorded in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
