Bukkit Messenger allows you to talk to any player on any server as long as that player is online. Bukkit Messenger was designed for Minecraft 1.8.9 and Java 7. To allow your players to talk to people on any other servers all you need to do is drop the plugin in the plugins folder and start the server. When the plugin is loaded a configuration file will be created and you will be ready to go! Do the command "/bm msg <player name|UUID> <message>" and you send them a message!

Commands:

Default Commands

/bm help [pg#] - Sees all commands for plugin
/bm msg <player name|UUID> <message> - Send a message to a player, if online
/bm friend <player name|UUID> - Send friend request to a player
/bm unfriend <player name|UUID> - Unfriend a player
/bm check <player name|UUID> - Checks the online status of a player
/bm friends [pg#] - Checks the online status of friends
/bm toggle - Toggles if a player receives messages

Admin Commands

/bm blacklist <ip> - Deny access to send/revive messages to a server
/bm ban <player name|UUID> - Bans a player from sending or receiving messages on the current
/bm power - Toggles if the Bukkit Messenger plugin is active on the current server
