German rugby
[edit]Club rugby in Germany is organized in four tiers, with 16 clubs competing in the first division, the Rugby-Bundesliga; with the 2. Rugby-Bundesliga as the second-highest level; the 3. Liga Süd-West as the third-highest level; and the Rugby-Regionalliga as the fourth tier. While a Verbandsliga effectively forms a 5th tier, in some regions the Regionalliga is the lowest division and no Verbandsliga exists.[16][17] https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rugby-Bundesliga_2017/18
