User:Democratics/Usertrifecta

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This page tries to give a user's "trifecta" in editing Wikipedia and in collaborating. This is not to be confused with WP:TRIFECTA located in the Wikipedia namespace. This page is also derived from the famed Clash Royale deck "Hog Trifecta."

A Wikipedia user generally has and should have a trifecta in editing. Just as in Clash Royale, you need something to follow to succeed. In Clash Royale there are many decks, such as the "Hog Trifecta". The Hog Trifecta includes:

The Trifecta

[edit]
The Hog Rider

The Hog Rider is fast, quick and powerful. Yet, it has not that much health and only attacks buildings. Therefore, it requires some "tank" or strong troop in front of it.

  • In Wikipedia Terms (Neutrality)

Neutrality helps you create a nice, neat, unbiased page or article. However, keeping the state of being neutral is difficult. So, you need to always be strong, as you continue on contributing to Wikipedia.

Valkyrie

The Valkyrie is strong, tough and does splash damage. It only has 2 weaknesses, speed and air troops. Zap or Fire Spirits are therefore recommended to use when protecting the Valkyrie.

  • In Wikipedia Terms (Wikipedia is a community)

An experienced editor may do a lot on their own, but they still need guidance and consensus of the public. Also, the community depends on the encyclopedia and the encyclopedia depends on the community as well (other POV).

Musketeer

The Musketeer has low health but deals high damage and can target any troop. When put correctly, it can destroy from a long range.

  • In Wikipedia Terms (Civility)

Be civil in your actions and consensus in topics. Do so, and you'll be able to greatly help no matter how experienced you are or how good is your standing.

The Supporting Parts

[edit]
Zap

The Zap is weak yet important, cheap yet crucial. Use this in order to succeed.

  • In Wikipedia Terms (Minor edits are still important)

Minor edits are not that well recognized, though these are the ones that help fix the whole of an article (grammar, spelling, links and citations). These are important for a correct article.

Elixir Collector

The Elixir Collector costs Elixir to build, though it gives more of it in return at the end of its life (1 minute and 10 seconds).

  • In Wikipedia Terms (Experience)

At first, spending a lot of time in Wikipedia may be unproductive. However, as you gain experience and "level up", your edits become better and better, giving a good return on the time you've spent.

Fire Spirits

These troops are small but terrible. They can destroy almost more than half of all troops in the game for only 2 Elixir (around 65% of all troops). These are vulnerable yet when it is protected, expect them to wreak havoc.

  • In Wikipedia Terms (New Users)

They may be weak, sometimes vandals, nuisances but when they are trained properly, they can contribute as well.

Spear Goblins

Has low health but deals good damage since it attacks very quickly. These 3 can deal a lot of damage if left to attack or when defended.

  • In Wikipedia Terms (New Users, 2nd part)

New users have an important part in building Wikipedia. They usually learn very quickly and when with experienced editors, they can do well and be productive.
