Intelligent Partner Development is the practice of building Intelligent Ecosystem Strategic Partnerships [1] with economic terms, hardware, software, policies, organizations and people.
Intelligent Partner Development is inspired by the design of Artificial Intelligence Software. Its novel approach includes beginning Partner Development discussions with an achitectural diagram, as opposed to documents that govern conventional Business development and Partner development discussions (e.g., Letters of Intent, Letters of Understanding, Term Sheets and Agreements).
[Note to Draft]: I am the original author of 'Business development' and 'Partner development' Wikipedia articles (in 2006 and 2010 respectively), and I am involved in Business development and Partner development activities that involve Intelligent Partner Development approaches.
This is an Inaugural Draft, and I plan to build on its content in the coming weeks. I would add that my goal is to speak at the 'Generative AI Summit' in Austin TX in February 2026, after I develop more material and have Real Business Case Studies demonstrating IPD's results.
