Corecon Technologies is a privately held web application company based in Huntington Beach, California. Since its founding in 1999, the company's focus has been developing construction estimating and project management software for small and mid-sized firms. The first three versions of Corecon's software suite were Windows based. In 2005, the company launched Corecon Version 4 which was completely rebuilt for the web and deployed through a SaaS model. Its current version, Corecon V7, utilizes Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET and Ajax (programming) technology.
