I'm a former professional photographer and now I run Common History, a free online platform where anyone can preserve, curate, share, and discover timelines of historic photos. I also run Wonderful Machine, an art production agency based in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania. We produce photo and video shoots for publications, agencies, and brands worldwide.
In 2023, after noticing that so many Wikipedia pages lacked images, I started contributing photos from my own family archive. I have a separate Wikipedia User Account called BillCramer, where I upload photos from my professional photography career.
