From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Multimedia Integration Techniques programme is a technical college program in Québec in which students learn multiple techniques related to the conception, programming and production of a multimedia product, including websites and applications for mobile devices.

The program aims to train multimedia integrators, the main task of which consists in the integration of different elements of a project into what will become a final product (website, mobile app, video game). In the multimedia assembly process, some work on sound, others on visuals, programming; the integrator's goal being the integration of all of those elements into one final product. As such, the program covers multiple parts of the assembly process, from visual conception in 2D and 3D to web design and back-end and front-end web development, etc.
