The lead clearly defines classical mechanics and provides a concise description of major points that will be discussed in the article.

The content contains information that has drawn from sources that can be considered outdated and should make use of more recent sources. It also does not provide substantial information in relation to the momentum principle.

The tone and balance is neutral.

The organization can be improved by moving the history section closer to the introduction.

The images and diagrams can be improved in terms of positioning, and a table can be used to better organize the formulas.

More sources can be used from more recently published information.
