Tono Health
[edit]Tono Health, commonly referred to as Tono, is an American healthcare technology company that provides virtual, specialty medical services, initially focused on dermatology. Founded in 2020, the company’s platform supports remote clinical care and clinical trial services across several specialty areas, including oncodermatology, hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), general and complex dermatology, skin-of-color dermatology, allergy and immunology, and endocrinology.
As of 2025, Tono operates in 31 U.S. states and works with health systems, cancer centers, urgent and primary care providers, and life-sciences organizations.
Tono was co-founded by Dr. Mondana Ghias, a dermatologist specializing in hidradenitis suppurativa.
