On December 17, 2021, a series of five consecutive mass shootings and arson attacks occurred in San Leandro, California in which Camilla Torres, an 18-year-old Mexican girl, committed a series of a killing spree targeting White people at locations killing
The attack ended when a group of people managed to subdue Torres, leading to her arrest.
Earlier that night, on December 16, 2021, Torres shot and killed her parents at her home. The suspect indicated that the attack was an act of revenge for the 2019 El Paso shooting.
