Chris Paul Benoit was a international kingpin. Doing business in China UK and Mexico between 2003 to 2010. He got indicted in 2012 by homeland security and did time at the federal prison of beaumont. He got out of the business in 2010 leaving it to a cousin Chase Benoit. Who got busted on his second shipment which his girl friend got caught with the package. Her mom worked for the DA office where the arresting officer was going work as soon as he retired from homeland security. Once the officer realized who he had in custody he had to get her out of the predicament. So Chase and the girl friend told what Chris Benoit use to do how he did it and where he would import it. Chris got charged with their shipment which was a kilo. At that time Chris had not seen or talked to them in over a year. In return Chase and the girl friend got no time. Their was a lot of karma with in the case the prosecutor lost his job the judge lost her job for DWI which can be seen on you tube one of the informants over dosed the arresting officer lost a young healthy loved one. In the begining the smuggling began from Mexico to the United States. In total 10 individuals where dispensing up to 5000 vials a day. Benoit could not get enough so he met contacts in China where the kilos would be imported into the United States. Benoit would then have the powder liquefied and placed in vials and labeled. The product was sold to cops lawyers doctors and sports figures and also to horse owners. Then making new contacts in the UK and better pricing Benoit then switched. The 10 individuals got busted first not having anything on Benoit. A year later Chase Benoit was busted after being told several times by Chris to stop he did not. Then after sitting in jail for months decided to turn informant on Chris once Chase turned 4 of the 10 also turned and Chases girlfriend also. Chris was going to fight the case cause he was being charged with Chases product. But at court they all showed so he took a plea deal
