To range-block a group of IP addresses, put the range block directly in the box of the address to be blocked, e.g., 2605:e000:96c0:af00::/64.
When you block an IP, there is a box that is unchecked by default called "Prevent logged-in users from editing from this IP address". If you check that, it works like an autoblock against named accounts, meaning that they can't log in if they are using the blocked IP address. However, the block log attributes reflect this only implicitly, meaning with that box unchecked, there is the phrase "anon. only", whereas with the box checked, that phrase is omitted. User:Salvio giuliano on MMA sanctions: I have created {{Mmawarningtalk}}, a template that can be placed on talk pages to inform those who are about to edit an MMA-related article that the entire topic area is subject to discretionary sanctions, but this is an optional step; generally, however, before restricting a user, he should have been personally warned of the existence of said sanctions — which can be done using {{subst:Uw-mmawarning}}. All sanctions should, then, be logged here.
Use {{Ds/alert}} to warn editors of discretionary sanctions.
Use {{Uw-aeblock}} for notifying an editor of a block per discretionary sanctions. Make sure you use some of the optional parameters as they are helpful. Here's an example as it's not given on the template page: {{subst:Uw-aeblock|reason=violation of [[WP:1RR]]|decision=a-i|time=48 hours|noappealtome=yes|page=Gulf War|sig=yes}}
If you want to see if an editor has been notified, look at the history of their talk page and type "discretionary sanctions alert" in the tag box. If they've been notified, there will be an entry. Notification on the decision page should not be logged anymore. A list of all notifications can be found here. For any individual entry, click on "details".
Use {{Ds/talk notice}} to add a discretionary sanctions notice to the talk page of an article with the appropriate topic code and "style=long".

Canned response to a CU request for an IP address: We rarely disclose the IP address of a named account per the privacy policy.

Using a script that is in common.js, you can rollback all edits of a given user. Bring up their contributions page, and there is a rollback all option at the top in a dropdown. I know of no way that you can selectively rollback multiple edits. Writ Keeper is the owner of the script.
