going in - Indie game#Development tools

Development for indie virtual reality games continues to become more accessable to smaller developers. Development environments are aiming to become more versitile and intuitive in order to facilitate ease of use.[1] The popular game development software Unity includes built-in tools for developing VR programs.[2] VR games have a benchmark for graphical quality in order to be playable, making indie developmend of VR games much more dificult. As tools for VR game development become easier to use, indie VR games will become more widespread. [3] One of Indie development's primary fundamentals is keeping costs low while being able to still create a playable game. The increased accessablility and advancement of tools for development of VR games will allow the cost of programs to decrease.[4]
