History
[edit]The first company of AVMap, AV computers, was established in 1998. Its purpose was the marketing of basic electronic office equipment, consumables and software. In 1999, the company started importing computer products from other EU countries. In the following years the company’s activities were outspread in Geoinformatics applications and the new department was entitled AVMap. The digital applications soon covered 60% of the Company’s activities both in National and International level, enforcing the need to establish a new expertized company. The newly established companies became the core of AVMap Group of Companies.

[edit]AVMap GIS S.A. was established in 2003 with the sole purpose to provide services related to information technologies to local authorities, general government entities and the public sector. The company possesses a quality certificate ISO9001: 2000 since September 2006.
AVMap – InfoMap
[edit]AVMap – InfoMap was also established in 2003, active in the fields of geomarketing and databases, exclusively for privet sector organizations (Banks, Insurance companies, Industry, Agencies etc.)
AVMap - Akadimaikos Logos
[edit]“AKADIMAIKOS LOGOS” is a newspaper distributed throughout the members of the academic and research community in Greece.
Millenguard
[edit]In 2013, AVMap Group acquired Millenguard, a private security company.
