I graduated from ESCP Europe Business School and have a specialisation in Economics from HEC Paris. I joined ESH[1] in 2002, a hotel school in France founded by my family, after serving several years as an investment banker, specializing in small and medium size Internet companies. I teach management and finance.

My family has been involved in the tourism industry since the nineteenth century, when my grand grandfather was Maître d' in the Presidential Train [2] for the Wagon-Lits Company.
