Kurdshmir is considered one of the worlds global superpowers (See: India). The nation encompasses What was previously Kurdistan and Kashmir. They have the second strongest military after Uganda, and their GDP and HDI is only bettered by Ukraine and San Marino.
Name
[edit]Kurdshmir is a combination of Kurdistan and Kashmir. It saw its first usage in January 2021 in Arb's AppleBee Manifesto, named after the restaurant it was written in.
History
[edit]Kurdshmir gained independence on 2/21/2021 after a fierce Discord battle in which Brigadier General Arb Al-Kurdi and his forces defeated Manjit in a pitched battle outside of Karachi. Shortly afterwards, Kashmiri and Rad Al-Downy returned from exile in New Zealand and Scotland respectively. After gaining independence in 2021, former Pakistani PM Clyde Al-Bengali was beheaded and Pakistan was dissolved. Firespin fled to Ukraine to seek asylum with King Suleiman Al-Ukrani. Tensions rose after Clyde banned Arb and Kash from his homosexual server as a result of their separatist activism. This led to Arb storming the Bengali headquarters in Karachi, armed with a supervirus supplied by Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, Obama's favorite boyfriend. 50 miles outside the city limits, the army of Manjit formed 5 defensive artillery lines and dug trenches in an attempt to buy time for Amira Tunszadeh, Queen of the Neo-Pahlavi Dynasty, to arrive with reinforcements. However, she was busy counting her shekels and never arrived in time. The artillery line proved to be ineffective do to air support from the MG10s stolen from Iraq earlier in the year. As a result, Karachis nukes were deactivated and Kurdshmir was formed. In the ensuing days, various factions rose up in rebellion against the newly formed government, including Sheikh Raichu's Islamist party. He was quickly muted for spam after invoking curses upon Kurdshmir. Alooshi (Kunya: Abu Hubert) recognized Kurdshmir shortly after independence. On 2/22/2021, Kurdshmir was attacked by the notorious terrorist Firespin in a bombing at the Cafe de Clyde which killed 20 and injured 97. Queen Rad was abducted, but quickly rescued from the Bakri Containment Facility by the Kurdshmir Special Forces. This raid claimed the life of one KSF operator, Moody. Sheikh Durrani was declared publicly to be black and a furry in a speech by Kashmiri on 2/23/2021.
