Bella Sakulova (born May 3, 1945) is a Georgian painter of Armenian descent. Her work primarily features oil and acrylic on canvas, and her art has been exhibited and collected internationally.
Early Life and Education Bella Sakulova was born in Tbilisi, Georgia, on May 3, 1945, to Ruben Ervand Sakulov and Knarik Tomas Paravyan. She attended School No. 11 in Tbilisi and graduated in 1963. She later enrolled at the Georgian Technical University (GTU), where she studied Hydro Technical Construction and graduated in 1969. Following her university education, she worked at the HydroProject organization, contributing to the design and projection of hydroelectric stations across Georgia.
Artistic Career Sakulova began painting in 2011, following the death of her husband, Levan Suren Oganezov. Though she came to art later in life, her passion quickly developed into a prolific second career. Her preferred media include oil and acrylics, and she primarily paints on canvas.
Sakulova is largely self-taught but also attended painting courses organized by the Armenian Church community, which helped nurture her artistic development.
Her artworks have attracted attention from collectors around the world. Pieces by Sakulova are part of private collections in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, Russia, the Philippines, Armenia, and her native Georgia.

Personal Life Bella Sakulova was married to Levan Suren Oganezov until his passing. She is the mother of two sons, Valeri Oganezov, Ph.D., and Alex Oganezov, Ph.D. Sakulova continues to reside and work in Tbilisi.
