Scott Vargas (born July 16, 1991) is an American ice hockey player and executive. In 2020, the Puerto Rico Ice Hockey Association was founded and Vargas became the president and executive director of PRIHA.

Vargas represented Puerto Rico at the Amerigol LATAM Cup since 2019. He led the team to win a gold medal at the 2022 Amerigol LATAM Cup Division 1 tournament.

[edit]Vargas was born in Lithia, Florida and raised in Tampa. His father is Puerto Rican and his mother is American.
