About me
[edit]Hello! I'm 11WB. While I initially joined out of curiosity, my active participation began properly in 2023, spurred by the Titan submersible implosion incident. My activity has slowly increased since then.
I have a BA in Music Technology and have a strong foundation in academic writing. I'm currently still acquainting myself with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
Editing focus
[edit]My primary focus is on drafting new articles, particularly those related to aviation incidents. I also take the initiative to add citations to existing pages when I come across verifiable information.

Note on AI use on Wikipedia
[edit]I do not support the use of large language models in writing articles for Wikipedia. I believe it defeats the purpose of a human-built collaborative encyclopedia. That being said, using AI to correctly write code for an inline reference (so long as the human editor is inputting the links and information in for the AI to simply formulate into code), I am not against. Though eventually learning this is always helpful.
I have fallen victim to ChatGPT adding in its own extra parts to links I've asked it to source, leading to misleading edit diffs like this one. Always check when using AI to source find.
Availability
[edit]I try to be active on Wikipedia. However there may be periods—sometimes up to a month when I'm less active or temporarily inactive.
Contact
[edit]I can be contacted either:
- On my talk page - This is the quickest way to get a response from me!
- By email - I get notified of emails and will respond if necessary!
