Parameters for adding help text and linking to discussion

I would like to see that a parameter was added that could be used to display a help-text when hovering the mouse over the superscripted "why?", as well as one for making it link to a discussion on the talk page. —Kri (talk) 13:18, 16 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
