Merge

{{user css}} should be merged here. Having two templates for this makes no sense. And I see no reason why {{user css}} should be marked as obsolete. It seems to think that users need to classify themselves by level of ability, which I think should be optional. "CSS" is the correct capitalization too so, this template should be the primary one. @Jason Quinn: As you can see in this cat, there isn't any consensus on whether to use correct (capitalized) version or not. Additionally, 1500 people use {{user css}} while only 20 use this. Ꞷ umbolo 22:45, 14 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
