Dotless I

Lowercasing doesn't seem to be an issue. I converted the bulletpoint from the smallcaps variant:

There is a problem with dotted and dotless I. {{Lang|tr|{{Nocaps|I ı i}}}} gives you I ı i, although the language is set to Turkish.

I removed it from the docs, but please feel free to edit and re-add if it's necessary for any reason.
