Template:VoR/doc

This template generates a standardised citation for chapters in *The Villages of Rutland*, a multi-part book series published by the Rutland Local History Society.

Usage

Use this template to cite a specific volume, part (if applicable), and chapter title. It outputs a citation in the style used by {{Cite book}}.

Syntax

{{VoR|<volume>|<part>|<chapter title>}}

• volume – The volume number (mandatory).
• part – The part number within the volume (optional).
• chapter title – The title of the chapter being cited (mandatory).

Example

{{VoR|3|2|Langham}}

produces:

"Langham". The Villages of Rutland. Vol. 3 Part 2. Rutland Local History Society. 1979. (Unpaginated)

Notes

• The work is unpaginated, so page numbers are not included.
