This works much like Template:ArticleHistory, but is designed for the Milestones of Featured Topics instead of Featured Articles. As such, there are a few differences in how the template should be used in practice.
This template should only be used by genuine featured topics or former featured topics, as otherwise it messes up the categories. This template should not be updated to include a candidacy until after the candidacy has concluded.
If the topic was promoted, put "Promoted with articles Mainarticle, Subarticle1, ... and SubarticleX."
If there were additional articles which were at one point part of the nomination, but which were ultimately not included, also put "Did not include articles Subarticle1, ... and SubarticleX."
If the topic was not promoted, put "Did not promote with articles Mainarticle, Subarticle1, ... and SubarticleX."
