Emits the span tag for the tooltip template to avoid duplicate code that may get out of sync.

Usage

Parameters

The same as at the main template (except for param link, not used here). I.e.: two required positional parameters (display text and pop-up text), and four optional named parameters (id, class, dotted, and style). For details, see {{Tooltip#Parameters}}.
