This file is an original and may be obsolete for general use, but is kept for historical or archival use. As such, it should not be modified or deleted except to correct upload or technical errors. Any modified versions or replacements of this image should be uploaded with a different file name.

Purpose

This template is for Wikisource, etc. which requires that images appear EXACTLY as they did in the work in question, so updated versions, corrections to errors(!), etc. can be prevented from ruining the original work with this template

Usage

Takes two optional parameters:

1. The name of an image more suitable for general use.
2. Information about the version of the image itself.

Editors can experiment in this template's sandbox (create | mirror) and testcases (create) pages.
