This is an editnotice template for articles or talk pages related to generative artificial intelligence in order to deter users from mistakenly entering prompts on the page.
Note: You must be an administrator, page mover, or template editor in order to create and edit an editnotice. Otherwise, you may ask a user with these rights or make an edit request using {{Edit template-protected}}.
Usage
[edit]All parameters are optional. The name of the chatbot is automatically detected from the article title. The URL is pulled from Wikidata, via property P856.

Customization
[edit]To bypass the default article title, append | followed by a custom name. To bypass the URL listed at Wikidata, append |url= followed by a custom URL.
If the article is a broad-concept article rather than about a particular product, append |generic=yes to change the heading to:
This is a Wikipedia talk page. It is not a chatbot. It will not respond to questions.
If the product is not publicly available, append |public=no to hide the URL.
