To make a category of the form "YYY0s conflicts"
e.g.
- Category:1200s conflicts
- Category:2020s conflicts
- Category:10s BC conflicts
- Category:170s BC conflicts
Usage

No parameters needed.
If there is a category for the same decade in military history, that will be added as a parent; otherwise, the main category for the decade will be used instead. This means that if a military history decade category contains only a Conflicts sub-cat, and there is consensus to delete the military history category, then it has to be manually deleted.
