Usage
[edit]This template allows for multiple draft decline notices to be collapsed in order to reduce the amount of scrolling needed to view draft content. It is designed for instances of {{AfC submission/declined}}, analogous to how {{WikiProject banner shell}} is used for WikiProject banners and {{Banner holder}} is used to hold other Talk page banners.

Notes
[edit]This template was first proposed at Wikipedia:Village pump (idea lab)/Archive 66 § What to do about prior draft decline notices. Previously named {{AfC notice shell}}, this template was originally designed to have its contents inside of a box (akin to how WikiProject banners are located inside the {{WikiProject banner shell}} template), but that would cause notices to appear narrower, so this template was later redesigned so that notices are below the box instead, making "shell" a misnomer.
