Advanced mathematics in lead

It's intimidating that this article, which is mostly about an everyday physical concept, starts with links to Measure (mathematics) and Region (mathematics).

IMO the lead sentence should instead link "measure" to Measurement. Those other links can be saved for a late-in-the-article section titled something like "In advanced mathematics" or "Generalizations". Jruderman (talk) 22:47, 30 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
