Should be a dedicated page to “universal approximator” as it’s becoming a common term?

[edit]

I think it might make sense to create a dedicated page to “universal approximators” as this is a general term with multiple examples such as Fourier series, Taylor expansion, and of course neural networks. This would help students of neural networks (especially if they’re coming from other fields) be able to put the concept in context of other such universal approximators, which are common in science and engineering.
