the inhabitants of the state are Hindu, just the rulers where Meslim as most of the Rohillas and Muslim population fled to Pakistan. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.63.220.145 (talk) 19:30, 21 August 2009 (UTC)
£77,000/-
[edit]The third paragraph reads "The princely state enjoyed an estimated revenue of £77,000/-; ". What is the "/" doing there? In a monetary context, it usually means shillings. Does this mean that the revenue was 77,000 pounds, or 77,000 shillings? Or something else? Maproom 18:38, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
- 77,000 pounds sterling and zero shillings (the oblique stroke is a way of separating pounds from shillings.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 06:23, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
