This page lacks any references, and I could not find any mentions to it online

This page mentions SEEOTI as an initiative, but does not identify whose initiative it is. All of its reference links are broken (of course, I recognize that's something that can happen after a decade of its creation, but is still relevant as a data point). Searching online for the term reveals no hits other than Wikipedia-derived pages.

So, does this page refer to real knowledge? Is it just an invented term?

I think, it being a leaf page with few referers, it should probably be removed.
