The article merely describes the prior learning concept having no company or product information, i wnder why has it qualified for speedy deletion

Diploma Mill is a biased article, i guess wiki is the place to present the different point of views which is never been talked about before.

Then correct the situation, with proper references. Please note that creating an alternative article is not the way to circumvent a lack of neutrality.
