Talk:Opencourseware
Open Courseware needs it's own page.
- Why? Is it notable? ... discospinster talk 23:51, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
The Open Courseware Consortium Support real open couseware programs. Not MITs failed attempt.
MIT professors will never allow MIT to publish full opencouseware. I feel the same way you do. Sorry.
- You must establish that the subject is notable by Wikipedia's standards. And it must be in your own words and not copied from the web site. ... discospinster talk 00:09, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Hundreds of Universities giving away free classes is notable. Intire universities free online Free MIT and Free A&M just to name a couple. These are real opencourseware programs. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.113.213.199 (talk) 00:14, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
- Then establish that in the article, with sources, in your own words. And please sign your talk page posts with four tildes, ~~~~. Thanks, ... discospinster talk 00:17, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

In any case, it's confusing having "Opencourseware" redirect to MIT OpenCourseWare while "OpenCourseWare" has a page of its own. Tophtucker (talk) 23:11, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
