Merge Request June 2025

The two ships of the class have articles which combine their Chinese and Japanese service histories. I do not see the need to have seperate articles on the class when this article relies on Ioshima-class cruiser to explain the ship's fate and relevance with the Japanese Navy. If approved, I'll rewrite the page to make the info coexist better. GGOTCC 06:04, 1 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
