Merge with Live migration

The Live migration article and this one describe the same fundamental thing. This article mainly details pre-copy live migration, something the Live migration article describes in other terms. "Live migration" is the better name for the article, as "migration" in the context of virtualization is ambiguous: it could, for example, be referring to page NUMA migration or vCPU migration between cores. The Live migration article is also more complete, therefore:
