There is no such thing as "Lowest Achievable Control Technology" under the U.S. Clean Air Act. The proper term is Lowest Achievable Emissions Rate. This is a pretty common confusion regarding this and several related terms. Ado2102 (talk) 04:27, 28 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
