Why does this page exist?

@Desertarun: I see that you've made this page from Spyware#Examples - but from what I can tell, that part of the article wasn't meant to be a comprehensive list, and instead was meant to provide some examples for the page. Spinning it out seems somewhat counter-productive to me. Not that a omprehensive list wouldn't be acceptable, just curious about your motivations here.
