It is not. Joshua Aaron, the creator of ICEBlock, was actually asked about that at HOPE_16, and he refused to do so because of some security through obscurity type reasoning: "I don't want anybody from the government to have their hooks in how I'm doing what I'm doing. There should be a disambiguation page for this and 2 others

This article is particularly ambiguous with ice block that redirects to ice pop and another page that is unrelated to the subject of this article with ice blocking. So I am ordering that a disambiguation page be made to reflect it's ambiguity and a hatnote be made at the top of all three pages. I do have to agree at least a little bit on the need for a disambiguation page. Though I am not necessarily sold on the idea of a hatnote. That said IP, in future, I would suggest using terms like "I am requesting" rather than "I am ordering", because it could be taken the wrong way.
