Action

After reading WP:Delete, WP:Merge, an considering the overall lack of resistance to the merge and delete ideas. I am going to merge the article. However, I find that the only content suitable for keeping is already in the Geek article.

From WP:Merge:

You may find that some or all of the information to be merged is already in the destination page. That is fine; you can feel free to delete the redundant information and only add the new stuff. If there is no information to be added to the destination page, you can note in your edit summary on the source page (as you are turning it into a redirect) that there was nothing to be merged (or that the source page was entirely redundant with the destination).

Delete

This article never existed on Wikipedia before 20 June 2006, and was made by User:Ichimaru who, so far, has done little but make this article. In a effort to be fair to newcomers — WP:BITE — I'll see about posting a note on Ichimaru's Talk page, placing the correct "delete" banner template on the article, and generally being open to someone saying something that makes this article stand up to encyclopedic standards. If the article hasn't taken a turn for the better, by say, 20 Aug 2006, I'll queue it up for deletion with a redirect to the Geek article. ––Charles Gaudette 19:19, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I am still tracking this article. Rather than repeat things, those Wikipedians interested in reading what I wrote to Ich can jump here: User_talk:Ichimaru. Also, as I read WP:Delete now, the whole thing goes on a sort of autopilot the moment a delete template is posted on the article.
