Collectionwise normal implies collectionwise Hausdorff

@VictorAyabe You recently added a supposed reference for this result. But the reference does not show that result in any way. It does not even mention collectionwise Hausdorff anywhere. The result is trivial to check directly, so a reference is not really needed. But in any case, this incorrect reference must be removed.
