Name

Where did the name come from? I think it's interesting but can't find any references talking about it 96.255.2.79 (talk) 05:18, 8 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

libadwaita

I think more should be spoken about this library. It's purpose is essentially to create a kind of soft vendor lock-in. Once a developer is convinced to convert their GTK application to libawaita, it no longer fits into any desktop environment but GNOME, and gives non-GNOME users a very poor experience.
