Prognosis section mostly irrelevant

[edit]

The prognosis section speaks almost solely about anencephaly, a related but distinct condition. I would correct it myself but I don’t feel qualified to parse and accurately rephrase that kind of information. 2605:AD80:20:8043:6598:794B:3F21:546B (talk) 15:22, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

question

[edit]

Does acrania invariably progress to exencephaly and anencephaly? TractionEdits (talk) 22:11, 16 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

What's the difference between acrania and anencephaly

[edit]

What's the difference between acrania and anencephaly ~2025-39710-20 (talk) 07:03, 10 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

They describe missing cranial bones and missing large part of brain tissues, respectively. They aren't mutually exclusive and acrania is part of anencephaly. 海盐沙冰 / aka irisChronomia / Talk 07:11, 10 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
