This page is ambiguous and amorphous, in my opinion it's more about Office Suites (MS Office and OpenOffice.org Usability) than OpenDocument Usability. I have taken this material out of OpenDocument but I am still not satisfied with the content. My proposal is to further split it into something like Accessibility in OpenDocument which is about real material OpenDocument which adresses Usability and Accessibility in Office Suites, for the moment the latter redirect to the former.--Khalid hassani 22:25, 17 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

This page makes no sense. How can an open file format have accessibility concerns? It is almost entirely about the use of OpenDocument in suites and the possible issues regarding it. This page also needs some serious copyediting with several unexplained acryonyms, citations for sources not listed, and other issues almost to the point that it needs a complete rewrite or just toss the whole thing. kotepho 20:03, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also the fact is ignored that oo.org is not the only implementation that uses opendoc. E.g. KOffice provides his own accessibility-bridge which runs on any supported platform (including Windows with KOffice2 based on Qt4+KDE4). So, if the article stays that form, it should be moved to the oo.org page imho cause the content deals with oo.org only and therefore misses the main purpose of opendoc: implementation-independency (or does there exists a "HTML is Windows-only" page cause IE7 does official run only there?) sebsauer 05:38, 05 May 2006 (GMT)

Most definitely this article should go. Accessibility issues are related to software implementing the format, not the format itself. Proper discussion should be in OpenDocument software. Louie 18:31, 12 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
