Thank you - new to editing and was having problems with the Submit button and capturing my edits. I've since added formatting and also an inline citation as a reference. There are also four primary research papers as external references. Not sure if this is enough to establish notability. Thanks for your help! MCL PSCI (talk) 16:25, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi! Thanks for your interest in contributing constructively, that's unfortunately not a given.
Notability requires coverage in multiple high-quality sources, a threshold that doesn't seem to be met here. I'll let another reviewer take a look at this one, though. You can read more about notability at WP:N. There are also some subject-specific notability guidelines, which do pretty much exactly what their name implies. WP:NACADEMIC is the guideline for academics, that might be relevant here. Please feel free to ask any further questions here or on my talk page. Happy editing! Thanks for your help. I did raise notability issues before starting to create the page so I'm not too surprised! MCL PSCI (talk) 17:10, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Something else to point out is a lack of citations to support article content. Everything on Wikipedia must be verifiable per WP:V. This is even more stringently enforced for biographies of living persons, which have higher-yet standards for sourcing than other content. I suggest you read WP:RTW for some guidance on COI editing. Note that it's an essay, not a widely accepted policy or guideline. Actualcpscm (talk) 19:34, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
