Where to place it in under this subhead may be worth some consideration. Offhand, sticking it at the very end may make sense so as not to wreck the flow of what precedes it.

- 19:5519:55, 25 August 2018 diff hist +1,177 Dick Redding author Rosenberg citing his new book for its Cannonball Redding reference. Interestingly, perhaps, 1984 Cobb book-length biographer Charles C. Alexander mentioned the 1916 New Haven exhibition game without noting the Cannonball Redding angle. However, 2015 Cobb book-length biographer Tim Hornbaker did mention the Redding angle. Rosenberg was able to put a finer touch on the matter in his book, by noting Redding as an Atlanta native, to match up with Cobb being from Narrows, Ga.

Rosenberg dug the columns out of a newspaper database that contains the Boston Herald.

- 01:0901:09, 23 July 2018 diff hist +1,053 Ty Cobb →Reported violence and bigotry: Arguably the "tying up of loose ends" highlight of my book (involving Cobb's second wife and Stump, albeit with some informed speculation so as to try to make sense of it all). This addition also inserts overlooked 2015 Cobb author Tim Hornbaker into the Wikipedia Cobb entry (for the first time?)
- 00:4700:47, 23 July 2018 diff hist −58 m Ty Cobb →Reported violence and bigotry: removing the fullest version of the title of my book from this particular reference, since it's no longer the earliest one -- and I may have hold off on reinserting it until I figure out where my earliest book reference can logically appear.

- 23:1423:14, 19 July 2018 diff hist +1,486 Ty Cobb →Reported violence and bigotry: In ostensibly looking tonight to add a reference to Cobb's heavy drinking in the 1950s (and likely in Stump's presence in 1960-61), Rosenberg was instead surprised to notice, amid some of the entry's Stump references, a "sweet spot" to encapsulate the counter nature of his new book. Rosenberg now plans to insert a drinking reference in his next addition.

His heavy drinking (to be Rosenberg's next change) is best stressed in the 1950s, and possibly related to trying to offset great physical pain.
