Reverting in part the 29 April 2019 edits made by one-time editor "Joecoury", who, in order to change the sourced perspective in the article to their unsourced WP:OR, removed content and a citation, both diminishing the article, and mucking the relationship between some remaining content and that removed source. Not removing adds by "Joecoury", but as a result of earlier work, they now have {{fact tags.
